ECB’s Clubmark Accreditation in 2009.Clubmark
is the ‘kite’ mark accreditation promoted by our governing body, the ECB, to
protect the welfare of young people in Cricket. It was important to us to achieve this status as it confirms that in the
eyes of the ECB we are a safe, effective, and child/youth friendly club.
ClubMark enabled us to attract young members to our club and we now have a thriving junior section with approx 100 members from u9 to u15 age groups, with nearly 20 qualified coaches supporting the development of cricket at the club.
